Job Description : About the Role :

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Manager Operational Excellence to support our cracker manufacturing facilities in Georgetown and Kitchener ON. This critical role will lead the deployment and sustainability of the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS) driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality operational efficiency and financial performance.

As a strategic change leader the Senior Manager partners with site leadership to standardize best practices coach teams on KPI performance and lead cross-site projects that deliver measurable business results. The role requires strong collaboration across Operations Supply Chain and Quality functions as well as the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organizationfrom frontline associates to senior leadership.

Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to :

• Implement and sustain TMOS across the facilities ensuring consistency in operating practices.
• Lead cross-site projects to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes improving efficiency reliability and scalability.
• Partner with plant leadership to monitor KPIs close performance gaps and drive accountability.
• Standardize and replicate best practices across sites to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training coaching and mentoring to strengthen operational excellence capabilities within the organization.
• Provide clear communication of project results and recommendations to site and division leadership.
