About the Role

We are looking for a Full Service Operator / Delivery Driver. If you are passionate about providing excellent service, love coffee and enjoy being on the road, we would love to hear from you! The role involves regular visits to client locations to deliver and service their coffee stations, managing and delivering orders in a timely fashion and acting as a brand ambassador when visiting clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers and scheduled locations, ensuring timely service
• Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial clients
• Handle merchandise and equipment with care, ensuring their proper storage and transportation
• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck / vehicle is properly loaded with all products required to properly service all scheduled deliveries
• Unload requested products at delivery site
• Collect empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise
• Control and stock inventory at client locations to par level
• Clean and maintain on‑site coffee machines
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize delivery routes
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while representing the company professionally and handling product and equipment
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized (perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections)
