Senior Level Recruitment Specialist & Headhunter I Finance & Accounting

Professional Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing, internationally traded company to hire an FP&A Analyst who is passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights. This role reports directly to the CFO, requiring notable agility in order to navigate a dynamic landscape, along with the ability to clearly communicate findings on a real time basis, optimizing decision making and maximizing shareholder value. You are not only a financial expert but also a storyteller - a critical subject matter expert whose contributions make a true impact to the company's ongoing success!

Key Responsibilities

• Compilation of budget, rolling monthly forecasts, and long-term plans, including cash flow projections
• Cross functional collaboration with finance and operational business partners to ensure data integrity
• Value‑add variance analysis, encompassing the 'why' behind the 'what'
• Maintenance and potential creation of complex financial models that evolve with growing business needs
• Understanding of key assumptions, ensuring real time relevance along with reasoning behind shifts in fundamentals
• Valuation of potential acquisitions, Joint Venture partnerships, market penetration and expansion of current activities
• Ability to identify sensitivities and execute scenario analysis for appropriate risk assessments
• Presentation of findings to CFO along with potential for other C‑Suite members in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IFRS framework
• 3 to 5 years in a corporate finance arena, including experience in FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling
• Knowledge of larger ERP models and BI platforms
• Experience in a multinational, publicly traded environment
• Superior critical thinking and communication skills
• Versed in formal presentations
• Comfortable working in the alcohol and cannabis industries
• Position is on site 5 days a week, with the possibility of moving to hybrid after 6 months

Compensation

• 5% - 10% bonus
• Benefits including paramedical and HSA
