Trident Global Assistance is a leading provider of Travel Insurance services to multiple underwriters and is currently looking for passionate people to work in the Claims Department in the capacity of Claims Examiners.
The position we are offering has the responsibility to :
- Review travel Insurance claims documents and work with claimants to complete the required documentation
- Handle inbound and outbound calls / e-mails, and provide professional and comprehensive replies to inquiries
- Cooperate with other departments within the company
- Update the system with documentation and correspondence
- Safeguard clients’ confidentiality
- Other related administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent education or experienceCustomer service experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Verbal and written communication skills in English and / or FrenchFrench speaking or writing is a definitive an assetWhat we offer
