Print & Mailroom Clerk

Support high-volume print production operations in a fast-paced warehouse and mailroom environment. This hands-on role involves inventory handling, mail insertion, and quality control. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with basic tech skills and physical stamina. On-site in Winnipeg with weekday hours.

What is in it for you :

Hourly salary of $17.
2-month contract.
Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.
On-site work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct quality checks to ensure output meets required standards.

Manage inventory, supplies, and materials.

Process, sort, and organize inventory for delivery.

Package items, label accurately, and report damaged goods.

Load and unload inventory from trucks and move items to correct locations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Perform hand insertion of documents into various sizes of envelopes.

Support Canada Post mail preparation processes.

Assist team members to achieve collective goals.

Backfill duties for absent coworkers as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What you will need to succeed :

High School diploma or equivalent.

Post-secondary technology training or experience is an asset.

6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or production environment.

Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk throughout the shift.

Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Intermediate use of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and related software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and follow direction.

Adherence to all workplace safety procedures
