About your next Challenge as Lead FP&A Analyst :
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who collaborates cross-functionally with a variety of individuals across the organization. They must be able to effectively interface with senior levels of management. The ideal candidate has a passion and ability to focus on the important business details driving key financial metrics (earnings, cash flow, orders, revenue) while continually assessing reasonableness, understanding why something changes, and determining how to achieve desired business results.
This is a highly visible role and has the ability to drive change and create value for the organization through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
