We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator / Client Concierge to support residential home sales for a growing home builder and real estate operation.
This role is focused on client experience, coordination, and follow-up — not commission sales. You’ll work closely with the lead sales advisor to ensure buyers feel supported, informed, and well cared for throughout their journey.
If you’re organized, professional, and enjoy working with people behind the scenes to keep things moving smoothly, this role will feel very natural.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound buyer inquiries (email, text, social DMs)
- Book and coordinate buyer appointments and showings
- Manage calendars and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM
- Support open houses and show home traffic (when required)
- Assist with light social media posting and responses
- Coordinate communication with realtors and partners
- Ensure buyers are guided smoothly to the next step in the process
