EAP On-Site Counsellor
Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Psychotherapist (RP)
Location : Port Hope, ON
Schedule : 1 day / week (8 hours)

TELUS Health is seeking a licensed clinician with experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and corporate settings to join as an EAP On-Site Counsellor. The ideal candidate will be proactive in promoting the program, comfortable delivering presentations on mental health topics, and capable of collaborating with key leaders & frontline employees at the site. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team and integrating within the site's culture.
Qualifications :
Master's level degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Professional membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Minimum of five years (5) post-graduate counselling experience with diverse populations.
Experience in EAPs, short-term counselling, and understanding of organizational structures.
Schedule :
In-person 8 hours per week.
Preferred schedule : Wednesdays, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 25 pm (flexible).
Paid for utilization, not on a case-by-case basis
