MatchBox is seeking a Development Coordinator

We’re partnering with a well-established real estate developer in the Fraser Valley, seeking a Development Coordinator to join their high-performing, tight-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as a Development Coordinator or Development Analyst who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a company that truly invests in its people.

The culture here is modern, collaborative, and built on mentorship. You’ll work directly with experienced Development Managers and senior leadership—gaining exposure to every stage of the real estate development process, from land acquisition through to project delivery.

What You’ll Bring :

1–3 years of experience in development or real estate (developer-side preferred)

Background as a Development Coordinator, Analyst, or Project Assistant

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
