Location : Winnipeg, MB

Salary : $40–$60 / hour ($80,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience)

Benefits : Medical and dental benefits, company vehicle, pension plan, potential profit-sharing, and up to $3,000 signing bonus for out-of-province candidates (relocation)

The Role :

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems, ensuring top-notch service for our clients. You will also mentor at least one apprentice, sharing your expertise to help grow the next generation of technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Mentor and guide apprentice technicians
• Respond to on-call service requests as part of a rotating schedule
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients
