PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the coordination of all patient appointments within Key Performance Indicators
  • Key activities include responding to patient/nurse/program inquiries via email and/or inbound calls/completing outbound calls (approximately 90% of daily task activity) and required utilization of multiple databases
  • Documentation of all activities in multiple databases/systems
  • Responsible to report all Adverse Events and participate in product/disease training sessions
  • Close collaboration with Nursing and Program teams


What your background should look like

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong critical thinking and ability to make independent decisions when navigating complex scenarios
  • Experienced and strong comfort level with receiving inbound and placing outbound calls (*customer service)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Efficient utilization of Microsoft Outlook, excel & cloud-based database systems

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Scheduling experience an asset
  • Proven ability to organize time, set priorities and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Bilingualism, French/English is an asset
