As an Instructional Design Advisor, you assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery. You coach and mentor employees. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives. You design and update training activities and implement skills development processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be requiredto :

Identify and complete the training requirement analysis process so that it is consistent with the business issues of partners, suppliers and managers

Perform feasibility studies, determine the educational strategy, estimate the effort needed and perform a cost / benefit analysis of development projects. Recommend creative needs-based solutions to maximize productivity and produce the anticipated benefits in the business solutions delivered

Develop, design and experiment with skills development and training solutions intended for the organization and does the planning required to achieve objectives and business issues in compliance with the standards in force

Oversee as a resource person the collaborators and partners involved in the process and presents business solutions to managers to get them to buy into the project and to show the added-value of training-related business solutions.

Develop and completes transfer strategies for distributors and distribution support

Takes part in negotiations of agreements with suppliers or partners and collaborates in the design of agreements for specific programs.

Take part in the development of skills development and training standards and policies

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of five years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Expert proficiency of both french and English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with bilingual-speaking partners, members and / or clients

Proficiency using Storyline, Camtasis or video editing softwar

Proficiency using Microsoft office 360 suite
