📢 Job Offer: Receptionist (Temporary to Permanent Position)

Our client, a reputable firm located in East Montreal in Saint-Leonard is looking for a dynamic and versatile person to join their team. This position offers a great transition to a permanent role after a successful probationary period.

🕒 Working Conditions
Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week.

Availability: Monday to Friday (standard office hours).

Location: The firm is situated in an accessible area of East Montreal in Saint-Leonard.

Responsibilities
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the office:

Reception: Professional greeting of visitors and managing the flow of guests.

Administrative Support: Assisting consultants with their daily needs.

Communication: Efficient management of phone calls and email correspondence.

Coordination: Rigorous agenda management and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications
Presentation: Excellent professional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Languages: Bilingualism is essential (French and English), both spoken and written.

Software: Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience: Similar experience within a law firm or accounting firm.
