A bustling restaurant in the heart of Gastown, Di Beppe is inspired by the Italian immigrant’s desire to share a piece of home while living abroad — a young Italian restaurant with an old Italian soul. It’s lively, generous, and rooted in tradition. It’s a room where regulars are known by name and hospitality is expressed as much through the kitchen as it is on the floor.
We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team with both heart and standards. This is a role for someone who believes that leadership is built on consistency, clarity, and care. Someone who can honour tradition while driving excellence, who takes pride in the details, and who understands that developing people is as important as developing plates.
