Agropur is looking for an SAP Cost Analyst to join its team in St-Hubert.

The SAP Cost Analyst is responsible for updating cost data in the SAP system for the cheese, butter, and fresh product categories. This role is key as a strategic partner to both category finance and operations (plants). The analyst works closely with the Costing Center of Excellence to optimize processes and tools.

• Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills relevant to the position.)

What’s involved in this role:

More specifically, the SAP Cost Analyst’s responsibilities will include:

• Support analysts and the Costing Manager for the Cheese and Fresh Products categories in Canada (18 sites).

• Act as an SAP expert and resource person for costing in these categories.

• Create and modify formulas and other data in integrated systems.

• Perform various checks to ensure the accuracy of information in SAP.

• Implement new SAP features in collaboration with the Costing Operational Excellence team.

• Develop and optimize tools to improve and automate cost updates.

• Act as a trainer and communicator for costing tools and methods.

• Produce cost analyses for various internal partners.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in cost analysis or manufacturing finance.

• CPA designation (an asset).

• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
