Job Overview: GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Junior Well Tester to join our Valued Clients team in the Grande Prairie area.

This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual beginning or developing a career in the oil and gas industry and committed to safety, learning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities: Assist senior well testing personnel with the setup, operation, and monitoring of well testing equipment Support data collection, sampling, and basic reporting under supervision Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and client-specific requirements Participate in equipment maintenance, rig-up, and rig-down activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class 5 driver’s license Ability to work long hours in remote and outdoor environments Strong commitment to safety and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications: Previous oilfield or field-based work experience H2S Alive, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications (or willingness to obtain) Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment Work Environment: This role is field-based in and around Grande Prairie and may involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions, physically demanding tasks, and extended workdays.

Personal protective equipment and safety training are provided.
