As a Sales Associate at COBS Bread, you will:

• Work collaboratively within a small team to provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Be responsible for merchandise displays and executing promotional marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the bakery and assist in production tasks, giving you the chance to learn baking skills.

Requirements

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a friendly shopping experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• Positive and friendly attitude is essential.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and open to learning new skills.
• Team player who enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for various tasks including operating the POS system.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of products up to 7.5 kg.
• Reaching, bending, and turning as needed for various tasks.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 22 kg and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, and crouching.
