Responsibilities

If you enjoy being involved and busy on a variety of tasks, then this is the job for you! In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work with the VP of Construction to assist with the project delivery at all stages of construction on mainly Mid-rise projects spending time in the office and on site.

You will be able to lead, support and evolve your skills being coached and supported by the VP assisting in the management of the project, as well as monitoring construction schedules and deliverables reporting any variances to the VP.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and career, and the right person will be someone that can grow quickly into a Project manager with the company.

Salary

Respectful salary - plus bonus and full benefits

3 weeks vacation plus office closed over the winter holidays

Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (Option to work from home Monday and Friday)
