Payroll Systems Consultant

About the Opportunity

• Review existing payroll rules from multiple retirement home environments.

Interpret and apply union / collective agreements.

Ensure system logic complies with legislation.

Conduct detailed end-to-end testing including pay accuracy.

Perform scenario-based testing.

Support parallel runs and UAT.

Identify and escalate security risks and system errors

Document configurations, testing results, and changes.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and ADP teams to ensure accuracy

Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.

About You

3–7+ years of Canadian payroll experience.

Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.

Experience interpreting collective agreements.

PCP or CPM designation an asset.

Experience in system migration and / or implementation projects required

Familiarity with benefits administration.

Exposure to UAT or project work.

Pay Range

$40 - $60 / hour
