Schedule
The successful candidate must be available on weekdays to work hour shifts Monday - Friday (7 : 30-15 : 30), Evenings (15 : 30-23 : 30) and Weekends (0800-1600).Please note schedules may change due to operational needs. 48_Budget Created with Sketch.

Band : CUP C03 - $ - $ per hour.
Responsibilities

Administration
Reception duties and telephone communication.Liaise with bed allocating in regards to admissions, registration.Processing patient orders through computer.Arranging meetings and appointments.Typing / filing of patient reports / letters.Processing patient charts and restocking (assembling) new charts.Preparing materials for Health Records.Preparation and typing of patient program pamphlets, etc.

Experience
Recent Unit Secretary experience in a hospital setting. Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with a minimum typing speed of 45 Previous experience using Meditech and Community Wide Scheduling. Previous experience in mental health services will be an asset. Previous experience organizing therapy group wait lists on excel, booking group orientation sessions and entering group series appointments is an asset. 48_Assessment Created with Sketch.
