Job Description

Integrated in the T&P (Technical & Performance) Canada team, the Hazardous Waste Technical Director is responsible for direction and execution of technical aspects throughout the ESS division of Canada (ESS is the division of Veolia Canada managing Hazardous Waste). This includes :

• Technical support to operations
• Engineering and process safety,
• Project Management,
• Participation in the strategy definition and support to business development,
• Technical due diligence of existing and new projects or acquisitions.

The position can be located in Quebec or Ontario (with a preference for Ontario). This individual must have a strong background in the technical field in the environmental business, chemical engineering and with experience in business operations, knowledge of finance principles and project management.
