The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities :
- Set project timelines
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverables
- Manage waterfall and agile project management practices, knowledgeable of software development life cycle, and the ability to blend them together to fit the needs of individual projects and / or business objectives
- Manage situations where project information may be ambiguous or not fully developed
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePMP designation is required5+ years' experience in project management, as the lead project manager throughout the entire project lifecycleProven ability in creating project implementation plans, developing schedules, managing resource capacity, and project reportingDemonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverablesSmartsheet experience is an assetStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
