The Education Experience & Innovation Designer is a senior instructional designer responsible for developing engaging, equitable, and inclusive learning experiences across in-person, online, and hybrid formats. The role uses evidence-based instructional design principles and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create high-impact adult learning programs that support learner success and reflect institutional values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new academic programs and learning experiences, ensuring alignment with UDL and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum writers, educational technologists, media designers, SMEs, and faculty.
• Champion innovative instructional approaches that foster learner engagement, equity, and success.
• Apply rigorous instructional design methodologies to develop course materials, assessments, and activities.
• Conduct needs assessments and integrate feedback from stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and quality assurance standards.
