The successful candidate will play a critical role in creating and maintaining process maps that align with systems and operational requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring process accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.Responsibilities : - Develop and refine process maps using BPMN standards- Engage with users and internal teams to validate and update process documentation- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment with system functionality and organizational policies- Support compliance initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvements- Perform other related duties as requiredQualifications : - Post-secondary education in a relevant field- 3 to 5 years of experience working with BPMN process mapping- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent organizational and communication abilities- Proficiency in office and administrative software, with experience in databases- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to succeed in a dynamic work environmentInterested?
