If you have experience with A / P, A / R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you. The short-term contract / temporary Bookkeeper will work in the Aurora, Ontario area.

Your responsibilities

• Support quality archived records by filing documents
• Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Maintain and balance general ledger
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
• Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
• Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
