KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solicit, research and qualify sales opportunitiesSeek out and identify growth opportunities beyond the initial acquisition stage of the journey, including retention, cross sell, and win-back tactics.Develops productive business relationships with current and prospective customers that build individual customer trust and confidence in the brandAbility to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their businessManage and maintain customer segment accounts, while increasing customer awareness through our product and service offeringSupport new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenueDetermine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutionsSuccessfully develops relationships and works collaboratively with internal departmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing solutions to grow account baseSupport new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenueSKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar roleExperience in the Apparel Industry is a definite assetExperience using B2B Ecommerce Platforms, especially NuOrder, an assetAble to build customer relationships - building trust and credibility quickly with prospective customersSelf‐starter, team player, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy throughout all levels of the organizationStrong technical skills and high learning agilityOrganizes work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and milestones to meet deadlinesExhibits high levels of energy and perseverance on the pursuit of established goalsAble to travel within Canada and Internationally when requiredAre you Interested?
