We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain the data and reporting solutions that support critical decision‑making within Ontario’s healthcare system. In this role, you will build interactive dashboards, create and optimize data models, enhance BI system performance, and ensure the reliability and accuracy of information used across the organization.

Key Accountabilities :
BI Development
- Develop and maintain advanced BI reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Integrate new data sources into the data warehouse and design efficient ETL and data transfer processes.
- Conduct thorough unit and system testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize report performance, and propose system improvements.
- Build proof‑of‑concept reporting solutions to demonstrate value and explore emerging BI tools.
System Support
Diagnose and resolve BI system issues to ensure stability and high performance.Support system upgrades, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deliver training.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical or infrastructure-related challenges.Operational Effectiveness
Engage with internal business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.Develop queries, data models, and reporting applications that support insights and forecasting.Ensure solutions align with organizational priorities and enable accurate, timely decision-making.Qualifications :
Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, analytics development, or similar technical roles.Experience working in healthcare, aviation, or other regulated environments is an asset.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (2020 or later), including Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Integration Services (SSIS).Strong experience developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and user‑defined functions.Experience designing, implementing, and validating ETL processes with a focus on data quality and integrity.Familiarity with programming and development tools such as Visual Studio (C# or and .Strong understanding of BI environments and cloud technologies, including AWS, Amazon QuickSight, Azure, and Power BI Service.Total Rewards :
