Overview of accountabilities
- In coordination with the Head of Digital and Chief Brand Officer, identifying the key marketing stories to tell our customers across channels (email, social, digital ads, web)
- Own content planning, copywriting and briefing for all channels. Provide direction and feedback on photography and graphics for all marketing assets (email, social media, ecom, product, packaging, and more)
- Oversee the daily e-commerce operations, including site content optimization, merchandising, and adding new inventory to the website via Shopify
- Responsible to concepting, creating and scheduling social media content that drives the objectives of the brand
- Briefing creative & editorial partners on holistic content plans. The resulting assets and content should be in service to the Digital teams in order to drive the business while pushing for brand consistency and elevation
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives
