- SAP Specialist (MM & PP / QM)
- Need is for a SAP Specialist to assist client's Inventory Control Manager and team of analysts and specialists in optimizing our SAP system and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
Upskill and Cross-Train Employees % : Upskill and cross-train full-time Cronos employees on maximizing the current version of SAP, focusing on practical tips, tricks, and best practices.
This includes comprehensive training sessions on utilizing the MM (Materials Management) and PP / QM (Production Planning / Quality Management) modules.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure employees are proficient and confident in using SAP functionalities effectively.
Support Design and Launch of New SAP Functionality % : Support the design and launch of new SAP functionality for the Operations team in Stayner, providing best practices insight into design requirements.
Assist with holistic support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to go-live, including coordinating test efforts, writing test scenarios, and offering test support and guidance for fellow users.
Ensure that the new functionalities are seamlessly integrated into the existing system and meet the operational needs of the team.
Enhance Management Reporting % : Help the Operations team maximize the depth and breadth of management reporting capabilities within SAP.
Focus on developing and refining inventory reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Provide insights and recommendations on how to leverage SAP reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and improve overall operational performance.
Compliance and Process Documentation % : Assist with compliance and process documentation, ensuring that all inventory management and operational processes are well-documented and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the team to identify gaps and areas for improvement in current documentation practices. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation to support Taudit readiness and operational consistency.
Candidate Requirements :
- years of experience with SAP S / HANA, specifically in the MM (Materials Management) and PP / QM (Production Planning / Quality Management) modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating, refining, and analyzing management reports within SAP.
- Ability to generate accurate inventory reports and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in documenting business processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in creating comprehensive process documentation to support operational consistency and audit readiness.
