About The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives across our brands and divisions across Canada. This full-time contract position offers you the opportunity to build a strong market presence and drive measurable growth across digital channels. Training for the role will include four weeks of shadowing.

Reporting to the Director Marketing and Customer Experience you will be responsible for developing executing and managing innovative digital strategies. This role involves overseeing various digital channels and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and content marketing strategies including web social media database management video SEO / SEM and email campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual passionate about digital marketing looking to build their career in an exciting dynamic role.

This is a fixed-term contract position to back-fill a paternity leave from January 12 to August 14 2026 with the possibility of extension. Compensation is an hourly rate of $32.00 / hour based on a 37.5-hour work week.

What Youll Do

• Plan execute and support web SEO / SEM database marketing email social media and CPC advertising campaigns.
• Develop content and design and implement email campaigns (via Constant Contact).
• Manage and update company marketing databases.
• Manage client Net Promoter Score (NPS) system.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
