We’re looking for an Contracts Admin to join our Contracts team and provide essential back‑office support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the process.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Contracts team by processing and tracking contract documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Review and compare contract details against system records to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to confirm details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized logs and documentation in the Document Management System.
- Update pricing and other key data in the accounting system.
- Stay on top of emails, paperwork, and deadlines to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a contract administrative or data entry role (experience in energy or marketing environments is a plus).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.Familiarity with systems like EOne or OnBase is an asset (but not required).If you’re a team player who loves accuracy, organization, and supporting critical business processes, we’d love to hear from you!
