We are seeking a Laboratory Technical Coordinator to support our Cambridge, Ontario laboratory. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful work while expanding your knowledge in materials testing.

Location : Cambridge, Ontario
Salary Range : CA$23.00 / hr to CA$27.00 / hr depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries by email, phone, and in person.

Understand and research customer testing requirements to ensure accurate results.

Manage sample intake, documentation, and allocation to the appropriate departments.

Prepare customer quotations and assist with workflow prioritization alongside department supervisors.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in a relevant science / technology field, or at least 2 years of related experience.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, computer, and research skills.

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of materials testing is a plus.
