As a member of the Salesforce Advisory team, reporting directly to the Head of Advisory, you will own the integrity and strength of the marketing solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will provide technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms and ecosystem, but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
Requirements
The Director is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Assist Digital Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discoveryParticipate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customersProvide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partnersDemonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customersGenerate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)Respond to Request for Information / Proposal documentsStay current on product developments / releases to a level required for demo and POC / POVSupport Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitorsUnderstand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and securityIn conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deploymentAct as the Salesforce subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing eventsRequired Qualifications and Background
