Specialty Developer V (SailPoint Developer)

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills :

1.) 10+ years of hands-on experience in Sailpoint coding, administration, configuration, and support of SailPoint and supporting technologies.

2.) Strong Programming skills (Java, BeanShell, Unix Shell scripts, Powershell, SQL, PL / SQL etc.) in a DevOps environment

3.) Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server)

SOFT SKILLS :

1.) Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language

2.) Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Experience in integrating SailPoint with HR Systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.), enterprise infrastructure platforms (Unix, Databases, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2 etc.) and business applications. Experience

2.) Working knowledge of IAM industry standards & protocols including RBAC and / or LDAP

3.) Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directories

4.) Automation and / or scripting skills
