Junior Business Analyst

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in any IT Projects, preferably Content Management System. Experience in Jira is a must.
● Capacity to think outside the box

Responsibilities
● Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product/marketing strategy and larger business needs.
● Plan, prioritize, and refine Run & Optimize product backlog.
● Work with marketing stakeholders and other product owners to streamline efforts.
● Proactively communicate backlog status and ensure transparency between development team and marketing stakeholders.
● Participate in iterative planning, ensure requirements are well defined, and make sure user stories are easily understood and actionable for the development team.
● Lead the planning of functionality release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
● Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of the retail and automotive industries, specifically from the point of view of how technology is being applied to enhance the customer experience from shopping to purchase and experience.

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration with a concentration in digital, marketing, communications or a related field

Summary
A Junior BA with experience in CMS and Jira who will take the ownership of the work and liaise between the digital marketing team and the development team.
