Work among the quality control team to carry out various samplings for the environmental control program (air, surfaces, water, etc).

Responsibilities :

Perform sampling for environmental control in manufacturing areas :

  • Participate in environmental control during productions
  • Perform weekly environmental sampling (air, surface)
  • Perform sampling of water systems (for injection, purified, and pure steam)
  • Perform sampling of nitrogen and compressed air systems
  • Take readings of environmental controls

Support validation activities :

  • Environmental sampling for the validation of ventilation systems
  • Sampling of nitrogen-compressed air systems
  • Write documents related to laboratory activities to comply with good manufacturing practices and the company's standard operating procedures
  • Support the environmental monitoring program, including trend reports
  • Participate in the investigation process (OOS, REQ, etc.)
  • Work in an environment that respects Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

    • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and aseptic techniques
  • Knowledge of recognized pharmacopoeia
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork abilities.
  • Practical knowledge of computers
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical field. Sterile environment experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of French (written and spoken)
