Research Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Research Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales team with research and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to assist in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct corporate and zoning searches to gather relevant data and insights.
• Perform title searches and compile findings for property-related tasks.
• Contact brokerages to obtain market information and updates.
• Capture property photos for documentation and marketing purposes.
• Prepare listing surveys and demographic reports to support sales efforts.
• Generate Geowarehouse reports and other research documentation.
• Collaborate with researchers and sales representatives to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with administrative tasks that ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain organized records of completed research and follow up on urgent requests.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• University degree or college education is preferred.
• Previous experience in a real estate company is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with brokerages and team members.
• Familiarity with research tools and reporting methods is advantageous.
