Case Coordinator, Medical Assessments - Viewpoint

As a Viewpoint Case Coordinator you will be responsible and accountable for reviewing the specifics of potential referrals to ensure we can accept them for medical evaluation, screening for conflict of interest and advising the appropriate parties when this arises, scheduling the service(s) with our roster of medical and paramedical assessors, booking secondary service providers when necessary (e.
g. transportation, interpretation), and creating notifications consistent with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as producing the relevant directives for the assessor(s).
For this position you will require familiarity of the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS). This role will appeal to candidates who thrive in a complex, dynamic and multi-tasking team environment.

Key Qualifications :
- Clinical background (preferably a registered health professional)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and firm grasp of systems
- Mature and strong work ethic
- Computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
- Competent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
- French-English bilingualism is a significant asset
