About the role We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our Book of Business Team in the Vegreville , AB branch on a Permanent Full Time Basis. What you'll do here : Helping customers find insurance solutions that meets their needs* Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes* Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering advice to help them make informed decisions* Creating a trusting environment that fosters sales and customers retention* Writing new business policies with an emphasis on quality and efficiency* Testing new sale strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback* Actively engaging in training and professional development What you'll bring to the table : Post-Secondary Education or equivalent* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role* Level 2 AIC completed* High degree of professionalism, diplomacy and integrity* Excellent customer services skills and conflict resolution* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)* Ability to coach / mentor* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and deadlines* Able to work both individually and in a team environment* Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking#LI-OnsiteWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.This role is a new member of our growing team.*We are an equal opportunity employer BrokerLink is committed to providing an accessible environment.
