Préposé.e à la résidence des artistes (Services immobiliers) – Nous avons une place pour celles et ceux qui ont un goût distinct pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations au profit de nos spectacles et événements, pour penser des produits remarquables, pour mettre leur ingéniosité au service de leur équipe, en plus de contribuer à valoriser leur expertise et développer des pratiques exceptionnelles. En tant que professionnel(le) au sein de l’équipe des Services immobiliers, tu joueras un rôle important dans l’accueil des résidents et la gestion des demandes liées à l’hébergement des artistes pour le Groupe Cirque du Soleil.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités
- Follow up on housekeeping and prepare intervention or corrective requests as needed
- Contribute to resident satisfaction within the framework set by the Administration
- Handlespontaneousrequestsfromresidents
- Carry out problem solving to the extent possible
- Enforce regulationswithresidents
- Prepare operational requirements for rooms or impromptu stays in conjunction with the Roomsy reservation system,
- Work in coordination and collaboration with the building services team, as well as other Cirque departments
Qualifications / Compétences requises
