Responsibilities :
Sales (Capital Raise) Execution :
- Drive the execution of sales initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, pipeline management through sales funnel, and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed fundraising targets.
Strategy Development & Execution :
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop key corporate messaging, process and vision.Implement strategic plans to drive internal sales efforts, with a focus on maximizing capital-raising opportunities and achieving targets.Client Relationship Management :
Generate leads, nurture prospects, and close new investors.Manage existing client relationships throughout the duration of their investment term.Stakeholder Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Fund admin and accounting teams, Exempt Market Dealer partners, and other relevant teams.Ensure alignment and support for capital raising initiatives, including monthly closings.CRM Management :
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM integrity and optimization.Utilize CRM technology to support sales initiatives and create analytics for reporting.Compliance :
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing capital-raising activities.Maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethicsRequired Skills and Knowledge :
Strong understanding of private capital markets and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.High level of integrity and ethical standards.Education and Experience :
Registered Dealing Representative5 years experience relevant experience in the investment / financial services industryProven experience in capital raising, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry.
