Industrial Millwright We're seeking a skilled Licensed Millwright or a 3rd year Millwright apprentice to join our client's maintenance team in Simcoe.  What They Offer :

  • Salary : $38.25 - $41.05 / hr plus shift premiums and bonus pay system
  • Job Type / Shift : Permanent Direct Hire Full time (shift options available as well as overtime available)

What You'll Do :

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform precision alignment and setup of machinery.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct preventive maintenance.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Ensure machinery complies with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering on certain troubleshooting issues.
  • Use forklift and crane system to repair or replace certain machinery parts in the repair process.
  • Document work order / repairs into maintenance system.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Completed 433A Industrial Millwright license or 3rd year Millwright Apprentice.
  • Good at adhering to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical technical skills to effectively read documents like specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Stamping processes, machining processes and assembly machines.
