Requirements:

Minimum of one year of recent experience as a dental administrator

Experience using Tracker is an asset

Must have experience calling patients and booking appointments daily

Must be familiar with insurance and pre-authorizations

Experience with ARs is an advantage

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Must be detail-oriented and organized

Willing to jump in and help teammates when necessary

Open to feedback and coaching

Must be willing to work from Tuesday - Thursday: 11 - 7, Friday & Saturday: 7 -3
