Qualifications
- Experience with Cummins engines and basic hydraulic troubleshooting is an asset
- Must live around the Medicine Hat area or be willing to relocate
- Must be able to work independently, manage time efficiently and be self-motivated
- Willing / able to travel out of town for work
- Be prepared to work extra hours if required and work in all weather conditions
- Have a clean class 5 drivers abstract
- Pass a pre-employment test
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing preventative maintenance services, including basic engine and transmission repairs
- Perform and assist with basic repairs on Iron Horse equipment
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
- Inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions to diagnose and determine required repairs
- Perform other related duties as requested
