Nous recherchons un ingénieur commercial (Sales Engineer)possédantuneexpérience dans la vente de logiciels, la technologie par abonnement, le SaaS et / ouuneexpérienceen ESG / Durabilité.

Une expérienceen vente directeestessentielle, car cettepersonne sera chargée de générer des prospects, de créer et de maintenir un pipeline dans le but d'atteindre des objectifs de vente spécifiqueschaqueannée.

Le rôleassocié à ce poste estd'augmenter les revenus de l'entreprise grâce au développement de nouveaux comptes clients.

Tâches et responsabilitésessentielles

Générer de nouvelles affaires pour atteindre les quotas individuels / d’équipe et organisationnels et les objectifscommerciaux.

Développez, développez et exécutezvotre pipeline en collaboration avec les directeurscommerciaux, représentants du marketing et du développement commercial (BDR) pour générer de nouvelles affaires.

Effectuer des présentations de logiciels.

Comprendre les besoins du client pourélaborer et présenter des propositions.

Coordonner et diriger les réponses aux RFI / RFP.

Collaborerspécifiquement avec les directeurs des ventes et, occasionnellement, avec les autres équipes du Nasdaq, y compris les produits, les opérations et les services juridiques.

S’assurer que les opportunitéssontcréées, mises à jour et maintenues avec précision dans Salesforce, enfournissant des mises à jour / projections de statuthebdomadaires et mensuelles.

Assister à des conférences et à des événementsliés à l’industrie sur demande.

Restez à l'affût des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour conseiller les clients.

Gérer un territoiredéfinien collaboration avec d'autresreprésentantscommerciaux du Nasdaq.

Éducation, expérience et compétences

Personne axée sur les résultats avec au moins 5 ansd'expérienceréussie dans la vente de logiciels SaaS ou ESG / RSE.

Compétencesavéréesen matière de présentation, de service à la clientèle et de passation de marchés.

Comprendre le processus d'achat et comment naviguer dans le réseau des décideurs pour conclureune affaire.

Posséder de solidescompétencesinterpersonnellesécrites, verbales et solides et être capable de communiquer des informations techniques de manière professionnelle dans les réponsesécrites aux courriels, aux appelsd'offres et verbalementlors des présentations à des prospects ouen interne.

Expérience de l'utilisationd'applications de vente CRM, en particulier Salesforce.com, pour prospecter, identifier et conclureefficacement des opportunités de vente.

Diplômeuniversitaire (niveaubaccalauréat) dans un domaine pertinent au poste. Disponibilité pour des voyages d'affaires en Amérique du Nord.

Un réseau d'affaires dans le domaine ESG / RSE avec des entreprises aux Etats-Unis est un atout.

Historiquedémontréd'atteinte de quotas compris entre 1 et 2 millions de dollars. Posséderd’excellentescompétencesennégociation et enréseautageprofessionnel.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience in software sales, subscription technology, SaaS and / or experience in ESG / Sustainability.

Direct sales experience is essential, as this individual will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining a pipeline with the goal of achieving specific sales goals each year.

The role associated with this position is to increase the company's revenue through the development of new customer accounts.

What you will do

Generate new business to achieve individual / team and organizational quotas and business objectives.

Develop, grow and execute your pipeline in collaboration with Sales Managers, Marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate new business.

Perform software presentations.

Understand client needs to develop and present proposals.

Coordinate and direct responses to RFI / RFPs.

Collaborate specifically with Sales Managers and, occasionally, other Nasdaq teams, including Product, Operations and Legal.

Ensure opportunities are accurately created, updated and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly and monthly status updates / projections.

Attend industry-related conferences and events upon request.

Stay on top of industry best practices for advising clients.

Manage a defined territory in collaboration with other Nasdaq sales representatives.

Education, experience and skills

Results-oriented individual with at least 5 years of successful experience selling SaaS or ESG / CSR software.

Proven presentation, customer service and contracting skills.

Understand the buying process and how to navigate the network of decision makers to close a deal.

Possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate technical information professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs and verbally during presentations to prospects or internally.

Experience using CRM sales applications, particularly Salesforce.com, to effectively prospect, identify and close sales opportunities.

University degree (bachelor’s level) in a field relevant to the position.

Availability for business trips in North America.

A business network in the ESG / CSR field with companies in the United States is an asset. Demonstrated history of achieving quotas between $1 and $2 million.

Possess excellent negotiation and professional networking skills.
