As the E-commerce Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy for our Sea-Doo, Ski-doo, and Can‑Am brands in North America for all product categories: parts, accessories and apparel. Your scope of responsibilities includes all channels, with a strong focus on paid media channels (SEM, display, programmatic, product feed, affiliate, etc.). You will also support the full cycle of marketing activations across channels, from planning and briefing to asset review, ensuring stakeholders (merchandising, commercial strategy, product marketing, content, and asset production) are aligned. Your expertise will drive data‑driven campaigns that enhance reach and performance across platforms. Reporting to the E-commerce Performance Team Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including media partners and cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and deliver innovative activations that connect our brands with audiences across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison with the media agency to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of media strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated and optimised media campaigns.
- Identify and implement innovative media opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee and manage media budgets to maximise efficiency and impact.
- Coordinate with other Internal Centres of Expertise to ensure media plans align with broader company initiatives and objectives.
- Continuously refine media efforts based on retail goals, performance insights, and strategic priorities.
- Provide ongoing analysis and reports on campaign performance, offering data‑driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Guide internal media discussions, offering strategic recommendations and perspectives, particularly in support of the Social and Consumer Engagement team.
- Partner with the Brand Insights and Performance team to leverage audience, market, and media data for more effective strategy development.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on paid media performance, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement.
Additional E-commerce Marketing Responsibilities
- Collaborate in building the eCommerce marketing strategy through analytics, recommendations, points of view, plans, roadmaps and campaigns.
- Gather business and stakeholder requirements for content needs and own the briefing process with our Creative Studio partners.
- Strongly contribute to our marketing activations kick‑off and optimisation across our digital channels.
- Guide the adaptation of eCommerce‑related assets to each channel.
- Align with other channel experts to drive an efficient traffic acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with our analytic specialist to analyse performances and provide strategic insights to improve operations.
- Support benchmark and customer research analysis to develop best‑in‑class online customer experience with enriched content and web components.
- Develop an insightful understanding of our consumers, collaborating closely with the brand and product teams at BRP.
Skills & Qualities
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in media, with a strong background in media planning and execution.
- Deep understanding of SEM, paid social and programmatic media strategies.
- Comfortable working across both digital media (paid search, PMax, display, paid social, programmatic).
- Experience in affiliate marketing strategies is preferable but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and French, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present performance insights to executive audiences.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Meticulous and committed to excellence in execution.
- The ability to work effectively across multiple partners and stakeholders.
- A genuine enthusiasm for both winter and summer activities on the water!
