Technology Leadership– Architect, develop, and maintain robust codebases and analytical platforms using advanced programming skills, primarily in Python and SQL, to support systematic investment strategies.Innovation & Optimization– Continuously evaluate and enhance existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. Introduce new technologies and best practices to improve research and investment processes.Alpha Research Support– Partner with portfolio managers and researchers to translate investment ideas into production-ready analytics and tools.Collaboration– Work closely with colleagues within and outside the team to identify and resolve business and technology challenges.
