Project Manager

Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Glazing Project Manager to oversee large-scale

commercial projects. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of glazing projects, including curtain wall systems, window wall assemblies, storefronts, and specialty glass installations. This role ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality while meeting budgetary and scheduling objectives. Working closely with design, fabrication, and site teams, the Project Manager coordinates resources and stakeholders to successfully execute complex building envelope solutions across Alberta.

Essential Duties

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for glazing and façade systems, including curtain wall, window wall, storefront, and specialty glass installations
• Plan, control, and report on project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate closely with internal design, engineering, drafting, fabrication, and field installation teams to ensure project alignment and constructability
• Review architectural, structural, and shop drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues
• Track and report project performance, including cost, schedule, and risk, providing regular updates to senior management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies in project execution, coordination, and delivery
• Collaborate with sales and preconstruction teams during handover, planning, and client engagement to support successful project starts
