As a Personal Insurance Trainee , you will help protect individuals’ most valuable assets. In this role, you will provide outstanding client service through your positive, friendly manner while educating clients on our products in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

A day in the life

• Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs to develop the best coverage in Personal Insurance (habitational, travel, automobile).
• Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects.
• Process and conduct renewals and ensure policies are processed and issued accurately in a timely manner.
• Achieve sales and retention goals and targets.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in all Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.

What you will bring to the team

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
