With a 4:1 care funding model, modern technology, optimized scheduling, and plans for a new facility, we are continually evolving to enhance our care and workplace culture.
We also take pride in our volunteer-run on-site café, offering lunch, snacks, and coffee. Additionally, Ocean View is located in a vibrant community with over 20 local shops and restaurants, creating a dynamic and engaging environment for both staff and residents.
